Show your WMB pride at competitions, events, and around town by wearing “In Times Of” show gear! There’s no better feeling for our staff and students than looking up into the bleachers on competition days and seeing a wave of WMB support!
No need to buy a shirt for your student—each marching band student receives one dri‑fit tee as part of their dues. Family, friends, and extras for students can be ordered here.
Pay Online — Credit/Debit/Google Pay/Link Pay
- Our storefront provider covers the card processing fees, so there’s no extra cost to you.
- However — heads up: at checkout an optional donation is automatically added by the platform. You can change or remove this amount before you pay.
- If you’re able, please keep a small donation (even a dollar or two) — it helps them continue covering processing fees so families pay no extra.

Pay with Cash or Check
Your Cash/Check payment must be received by the payment delivery deadline displayed above. Please put your cash/check in an envelope. Write your name and "Show Shirt Order" on the front of the envelope and use one of the methods below to deliver your payment. If your cash/check payment is not received before the payment delivery deadline, your gear will not be ordered.
How to turn in payment (choose one):
- Drop it in the Treasurer folder (same location as the student folders), or
- Bring it to rehearsal drop‑off/pick‑up — Mon 8/11, Tue 8/12, Wed 8/13 — Amy Rotoli or Beth LePore will be collecting, or

Does my student need to buy a shirt?
No—each marching band student receives one dri‑fit tee as part of their dues. This page is for extras, family, and friends.
What sizes are available?
Adult unisex sizes XS–4XL are available. Note that sizes 2XL - 4XL are $3.00 more. Check the online product page during checkout for size and pricing.
Why is payment due upfront?
Our booster organization must submit full payment to the printer when we place the order. As a non‑profit, we collect payments up front so those funds can be used to pay the printer in full at the time of ordering.
What is “Pay with Link”?
If you’re not already using Link, please don’t choose this method. Link is a secure, online wallet that saves your payment method(s) and lets you check out on participating sites. If you already have a Link account, you can use it here; otherwise, select another payment option.
If I missed the deadline, can I order a shirt later?
Not for show shirts—we place one group order at the start of the season. We do purchase a small number of extra dri‑fit shirts in assorted sizes; those are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. If something kept you from ordering by the deadline, please contact Michelle Lowe at 585.353.0766 and we’ll try to help.
When and how will shirts be distributed?
We aim to distribute orders before the first competition. Pickup details will be shared by email/Facebook - watch for updates.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact Michelle before the deadline for the best chance to adjust your order. Changes/cancellations cannot be made after the order is submitted to the printer.
Are returns or exchanges available?
No—because we order exactly what is requested, we can’t offer returns or exchanges. Please double‑check sizes before submitting your order.
